In-person or online training workshops

As well as some bespoke training events, the following four training courses will be our primary training focus with government and community organisations over the year 2023/2024.

Reduce or eliminate the use of physical restraint: What works in residential care
Optimise opportunities and mitigate risks: What works in transitioning from care
Increase educational engagement and attainment: What works in residential and/or foster care
Adopting or adapting national and international best practice and programs: What works in residential and/or foster care

Training workshops are either delivered in-person at your site over a day, or online over four 90 minutes sessions. These four topics are also offered as 90 minute online Masterclasses for leadership, or small specialist, teams, or 60 minute webinars for up to 500 people.

Online coaching programs

Over the year 2023/2024, we are offering the following four online coaching programs for individuals or teams.

Reduce or eliminate the use of physical restraint
Strengthen OOHC monitoring and quality assurance
Increase foster carer retention and stability of placements
Improve support of kin carers and stability of placements.

Usually delivered over 3 or 6 months, our structured coaching programs support you to effect behavioural change for yourself, your team, your organisation and beyond. Online coaching programs are available with the following three options:

Individual program: Suitable for individual managers, specialists, or project managers
Team program: Suitable for where you want a whole team to go through a coaching program together.
Hybrid program: An individual program but with some negotiated team or organisation-wide engagement
